Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled more than 24 hours prior to the renewal date. Renewal charges will be applied within 24 hours of the end of the current subscription period, at the prevailing rate. Users have the option to disable auto-renewal via their Account Settings; however, active subscriptions cannot be canceled during their current term.

Payments are charged to the user’s Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited upon subscription purchase. Single issues or bundles can also be purchased within the app using credits; selecting an issue price and choosing ‘use credit’ enables discounted purchases of back issues.

Users may register for or log in to a Pocketmags account within the app to safeguard their purchases in case of device loss and to access their library across multiple devices. Existing Pocketmags users can retrieve previous purchases by logging into their account.

For optimal experience, it is recommended to load the app initially over a Wi-Fi connection to ensure complete download of all issue data. If the app does not progress beyond the splash screen following installation or an update, deleting and reinstalling from the App Store is advised.
